RE-STRUCTURING OF HOWARD GROUP DEVELOPMENT TEAM TO SUPPORT AMBITIOUS GROWTH ASPIRATIONS

At Howard Group, an established family business now in its third generation, we are no strangers to change. It is part of our DNA and we see it as an opportunity to thrive, grow and succeed. As we move towards our centenary, we are mindful to ensure that we have the best possible organisational structure within our property business to deliver our ambitious growth aspirations into new markets and sectors. As a result, we have taken the decision to restructure our development function to take advantage of the opportunities created by our rapidly changing world. This will enable us to continue developing successful and innovative property solutions, which deliver positive and lasting social value to the communities that interact with them and call them home.
William Jewson, Colin Brown and Will Banks will each carry the title of ‘Director – Development’. They will work alongside each other in a new structure that gives us a more efficient, agile and scalable approach to project delivery; developing our new business project pipeline; and building our reputation and profile in new markets and new sectors. Werner Baumker continues to lead the property activities for the Howard Group as ‘Group Director – Property’.
Within these new roles, William will place greater emphasis on identifying, developing and securing new business and partnerships in new markets and sectors; Colin will focus on core development activity and our development pipeline, and Will is being promoted to Director with greater development activity and pipeline responsibilities.
